The cost of the Online Consultation is 60€, and it will always be with one of our Surgeons. Upon completing the payment, you will receive an email with all the details to prepare for your appointment and the video call link. The amount paid will be deducted from the treatment or service you eventually undergo with us (see conditions below).

Terms of Service
1/ Price to be deducted from treatment
The full amount paid for the consultation will be deducted from your final budget in case of contracting surgical or aesthetic medicine services provided by STEM BEAUTY. If no service is contracted, this deposit will be charged as part of our fees.
2 / Changes and Cancellations
For changes in the day or time of the appointment, it must always be done with a minimum of 48 hours in advance (business days). Remember that you can do it by calling STEM BEAUTY during business hours from 10:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday, by sending a WhatsApp, or by emailing us to info@stembeauty.net. The medical appointment can be changed a maximum of 3 times. If you want to make more changes or do not attend your appointment, you will lose the full amount of the deposit. No cancellations are accepted once the amount is paid.
